Pursue your legal specialization with flexibility. ICLS offers the prestigious University of London LLM, PG Dip, and PGCert in Law. Queen Mary and University College London provide academic direction for these world-class programs. Tailor your studies by choosing your entry point (PGCert, PG Dip, or LLM) and exit award (one, two, or all three qualifications). With May and October start dates and a five-year completion window, you can personalize your postgraduate law journey.
- You are eligible for the LLM award upon completion of 16 modules from 4 courses (5 towards PG Cert, 5 towards PG Dip and an additional 6).
- PG Diploma Laws: You are eligible for this award upon completion of 10 modules from up to 4 courses (5 towards PG Cert and an additional 5).
- PG Certificate Laws: All students are eligible for this award upon completion of 5 modules. You may get this in addition to your LLM degree or you may have to do this first if you do not have a traditional academic background. You apply for this, progress to PG Dip and eventually LLM.
You may choose a specialisation or keep it general. If you choose to specialise, you need to study a minimum number of courses or modules within your specialist pathway. The number depends on the qualification you are working towards.
You may avail the following specialisations:
- Commercial and Corporate Law
- Human Rights Law
- International Business Law
- International Dispute Resolution
- Public and International Law
