COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Bar Transfer Test (BTT) enables qualified lawyers (those who hold a license to practice law) in Pakistan to get called to the Bar of England and Wales, without having to undertake a degree or training in the UK. ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA

• License to practice in the courts of Pakistan
• Relevant work experience
• Proficiency in English Language

PROCEDURE

• Apply to ICLS and study here in Pakistan from experienced faculty members.
• Sit for the examinations in the UK for March/April or July/August
• Results released within three months of the examinations
• Call to the Bar after passing assessments and completing qualifying sessions
