Barrister Zargham Lukhesar

Lecturer Civil Litigation & Advocacy | Bar at Law (UK)

Barrister Zargham Lukhesar is a Senior Advocate and the Lecturer for Civil Litigation and Advocacy for the BTT course at the International College for Legal Studies (ICLS). He is a renowned lecturer having more than twenty years of experience. He is also a practicing lawyer and is the Assistant Advocate General of Punjab. 

Barrister Lukhesar is a graduate from the prestigious University of Sheffield, UK with an LLB (Hons) degree. He was admitted to the Inns of Court School of Law (now City University, London) where he successfully completed his Bar Vocational Course, before being called to the Bar by the Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. He taught American Law for eleven years to Lahore American School students and taught the law of Contract to the University of London students. 

He is a partner at one of the oldest tax law firms of the Indian Sub-continent, ‘Naeem and Company”, which was established in 1920. He started his career with Senator Syed Ali Zafar at Mandviwalla and Zafar in the year 2002. He has worked as Amicus Curiae on issues such as public education and school councils, rights of sugar cane growers, curtailing the menace of drugs in society, and the concept of remand under the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.
